The 27th Annual World’s Ugliest Dog Contest at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, California crowned a deformed mutt named Quasi Modo as their winner for this year!!! This cutie pie took home $1500 in winnings!!

We think he is actually INCREDIBLY cute!!!! He was abandoned at an animal shelter before being taken in by a vet in Florida!!
