Artist Creates Mock-Up of What the Next 28 Emoji Will Look Like

Unicode, the group that creates all of your beloved emojis, recently announced plans to add 38 new images to its selection by mid-2016. However, the folks at Emojipedia couldn’t wait and decided to commission an artist to create a mock-up of what the next set of emoji will look like, based on Apple’s current assortment. The results indicate that the “facepalm” emoji and “let’s do lunch” emoji will be absolutely adorable. However, there appears to be a general consensus on the Internet that the clown is terrifying.
