WATCH: Rachel Platten Visits Young Cancer Patient For Awesome 'Fight Song' Duet

When he was diagnosed in May, Jeremiah has had one song in his head to help him through his treatments. 

So, when Rachel Platten showed up to sing ‘Fight Song’ with him, you can imagine has happy he was. *WARNING: Will Cause Tears!!* 

His dad Jerry says, “He memorized the lyrics after three or four times listening to it. He used to sing it when he got a lot of headaches, but now he sings it in the morning, before bed and during shots he has to get.”
