Rihanna On Taylor Swift: “I Don’t Think I Would Join Her On Stage…I Just Don’t Think It Makes Sense”

In a recent interview with NME, Rihanna revealed that you probably shouldn’t expect a collaboration with her and Taylor Swift anytime soon.

While Taylor has had many artists join her on stage during her 1989 World Tour, including The Weeknd, Jason Derulo, & Omi, Rihanna says her and Taylor Swift’s brands just wouldn’t work to do a collaboration.

“I don’t think our brands are the same: I don’t think they match, I don’t think our audiences are the same. In my mind she’s a role model, I’m not.”

Musically speaking, Rihanna does connect with Kanye West, “Kanye definitely wanted to be involved in making the album, so he did start helping me make it, now we just have to wait to get back in the studio together. His schedule and mine are totally opposite right now, but I think this month we’ll be back in the studio.”
