That awkward moment when Paul McCartney, Beck, and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins can’t get into Tyga’s GRAMMYs party because it’s too exclusive. Either Tyga is a lot more influential and famous than we thought, or someone messed up really bad. We think its probably the second one.

According to TMZ, Sir Paul McCartney, and his wife, Nancy Shevell, were turned away from Argyle nightclub in Hollywood on Monday after the Grammys. Tyga was hosting a Grammys after party at the club and when McCartney arrived on scene and was told by the bouncer he couldn’t get in, Paul said, “How VIP do we gotta get? We need another hit.” 

FYI, Paul McCartney holds the record for number one singles with twenty-nine. Check out the video below:

 

 

Paul was with Beck, last year’s Album of the Year winner, and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins last night. They ended up at a club called Hyde Hyde for the Republic Records party, where people actually recognized them. Tyga sent out these tweets to try and make good with the Beatle:
