After it was announceed that Kesha would be performing at the Billboard Music Awards, everyone was so excited to see the star perform.

Originally Dr. Luke came to an agreement with Kesha regarding her performance.

But after there was rumour that Kesha wanted to make a statement about her issues with Dr. Luke in her performance, the original deal was revoked and the two could never come to an agreement about the performance.

So this means as of right now Kesha will not be performing at the Billboard Music Awards.
