Ed Sheeran is getting sued over his song “Photograph”.

Two songwriters named Martin Harrison and Thomas Leonard say he copied their song “Amazing”, which was released by a winner from the British “X Factor”. They’re seeking $20 million in damages, and either an injunction on the song or future royalties.

Oh by the way, they hired the same attorney who represented Marvin Gaye’s family in the infamous “Blurred Lines” plagiarism case!

In documents, that include musical note comparison and chord breakdowns of the two songs, the pair claim the chorus of Photograph shares 39 identical notes with their track.
