If you’re a fan of Fifty Shades Trilogy and were hoping for a steamier, more explicit movie this time around, sorry to break it to ya BUT that won’t be happening, at least not for Fifty Shades Darker.

The MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) has announced that Fifty Shades Darker will only earn an R rating, and not an NC-17 rating.

Why you ask? Well because the MPAA feels like an R rating is more suitable for the movie, considering the movie only contains ‘strong erotic sexual content and some graphic nudity and language’.

Although the trailer does shows Anastasia and Christian in a steamy shower scene, that’s pretty much all you’re going to see that falls under the steamy category.

Fifty Shades Darker returns to theatres February 10, 2017.
