Kanye West Was Booed Last Night For Saying He Would've Voted For Trump

No one can cause a ruckus quite like Kanye West. He was at the San Jose stop of his Saint Pablo Tour when he decided to pause for a moment and go on a looonng political rant. In the middle of his eloquent tirade he said, “If I would have voted, I would have voted on Trump,” and the crowd started booing.

As Pitchfork reports, this whole thing is very odd, because Kanye donated to Hillary’s campaign, “Despite his now-vocal support for Trump, West backed Hillary Clinton’s campaign financially. As SPIN points out, Federal Election Commission records show that West has made four individual contributions to Democratic campaigns since 2012.”

He provided some, not so great, reasons for supporting Trump.

Kanye just stopped the show to say he liked a lot about Trump's campaign, but not necessarily his views. Which ignited more boos.
