Ariana Grande and John Legend have given their spin on Disney’s Beauty and the Beast theme song which was originally recorded by Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson; it was done in 1991.

This version won both the Golden Globe and the Oscar.

The full version was just dropped but it was teased in the film’s trailer which you can check out below.

Disney is doing a live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast and it will star Emma Watson and Dan Stevens from Downton Abbey.

Emma Watson recently revealed that screenwriters Stephen Chbosky and Evan Spiliotopoulos added a backstory to the character of ‘Belle’ saying, “In the animated movie, it’s her father who is the inventor, and we actually co-opted that for Belle…I was like, ‘Well, there was never very much information or detail at the beginning of the story as to why Belle didn’t fit in, other than she liked books. Also what is she doing with her time?’

She added, “So, we created a backstory for her, which was that she had invented a kind of washing machine, so that, instead of doing laundry, she could sit and use that time to read instead. So, yeah, we made Belle an inventor.”

Beauty and the Beast hits theaters on March 17
