Justin Bieber has officially reached 100 MILLION followers on Twitter … and now he becomes the second person to accomplish this after Katy Perry (Katy reached 100m back in June).

And to celebrate his accomplishment, @TwitterMusic put together a video which features some of Justin’s most popular hashtags (shown above).  The video was captioned as, “In each other’s company since Tweet number one. Congratulations @justinbieber on #100MBeliebers)”

The most amazing part … ‘Belieber’… which is the nickname that’s used to describe Justin’s fans – has been retweeted at least 84 million times … and we can’t forget that ‘Beiber’ or ‘@JustinBieber’ have been mentioned over two billion times.

And who could forget Justin’s most popular tweet … which was tweeted back in 2014, with over 638, 000 retweets …

Although Justin has deactivated his Instagram page here and there over the years, he stayed pretty loyal to his fans on Twitter.  He used Twitter has a platform to praise artists such as Drake and Shawn Mendes and how sweet is he … in Aug. 2015, he direct-messaged 49 of his biggest fans and sent him the lyrics to his hit song, What Do You Mean before the song was even released.

Katy Perry takes the lead on Twitter with 103 million followers, followed by the Biebs with 100m, Taylor Swift with 85.5m, Rihanna with 76.9m and Lady Gaga with 69.5m.
