We’ve seen some paparazzi photos of them together, they’ve been pretty quiet about their private life, and we’re left wondering, until now…

She posted a photo on her Instagram of Cole with the cutest caption.

She wrote, “It seems as if the world would still be a stranger to me, if not for you. I’m so thankful that our paths intertwined to form this beautiful adventure – Happy birthday, my love.”
