Are Public Engagements Adorable Or The Absolute Worst?

Imagine this. You’re in public in front of 100’s or MILLIONS of people. Your partner gets down on one knee. You audibly gasp. They pop the question.

Do you LOVE IT? Or, do you HATE IT?

 

 

At last night’s Emmy Awards, Director Glenn Weiss delivered an emotional speech about losing his mother, and then went on to make Emmy history and propose to his longtime girlfriend!!

While Glenn’s proposal was beautiful and heartwarming, how would you feel about a on stage/in public proposal? Would you love the romance of it all? Or hate being put on the spot?

 

 

It looks like Mr. Weiss’s intentions were pure and sweet though, as he felt there was no other way to pop the question!
