Talk about GOALS! Not only has Ariana Grande scored herself her FIRST ever number one with her latest breakup track ‘Thank U, Next,’ it also became the fastest song ever to pass 100 million Spotify streams, making major Spotify history.

In a recent Instagram post, it was captioned, “‘Thank U, Next’ has surpassed 100 MILLION streams on Spotify in only 11 days.  It is the fastest song in HISTORY to reach the milestone.”

According to NME, “The huge success of the song has seen Grande earn her first-ever US number one single, while the artist also broke Spotify’s existing record for the most streamed song by a female artist in a single day (‘Thank U, Next”s 9.6 million plays beat Taylor Swift’s previous 24-hour record of 9.1 million streams).”

But don’t worry – this is way more to come from Ariana … like a fifth studio album! Earlier this week, Ari shared a snippet on Twitter, in studio working alongside music genius Max Martin.  Ariana tweeted, “Max Martin – songwriter and my very own piano teacher.  Fun fact, we actually used that little toy piano I’m playing in ‘No Tears Left to Cry.'”

And this isn’t the only snippet Ariana has posted online.  A few weeks back, she shared a small clip of a song called ‘Needy’ which, most likely both records will be featured on her followup album.
