Chances are you’ve got Netflix. So I have some important news.

Netflix Canada is raising their prices, and this time its the biggest increase thus far.

So here’s the breakdown:

If you have the standard plan, which lets you watch something on two screens, prices for this plan will go up by $3 to $13.99 a month.

For the premium plan, so the one that lets 4 users watch at a time, will go up by $3 as well, to $16.99.

And if you just have the basic plan, it’ll just go up a dollar, so you’ll be paying $9.99 a month.

Netflix Canada says, ““From time to time, Netflix plans and pricing are adjusted as we add more exclusive TV shows and movies, introduce new product features and improve the overall Netflix experience to help members find something great to watch even faster.”

The last time they raised their prices was a year and a half ago.

So the new changes will start right away for new subscribers, and if you already have a plan, you’ll get an email before you see the changes on your bill.

But, I’m sure this isn’t your problem… since chances are you probably don’t even use your own account. This one’s for the real MVP. Shoutout to you right now during this time.
