Charles wrote in to the Roz and Mocha Show because he wanted to send his wife, Sandra back home to Portugal to spend Christmas with her family.

Sandra left her family 17 years ago to move to Toronto to start a life with him.

She hasn’t been back to celebrate Christmas with her family since moving; the two simply don’t make enough money.

Sandra also helps Charles with his Muscular Dystrophy and is always there for him so he just wants to do something nice for her.

Roz and Mocha decided they were going to help Charles make his wife’s Christmas, with the help of Air Transat and send her to Portugal but before they could do that, they called Sandra and revealed the news to her as well.
