Uh oh! Looks like Ariana Grande caught herself in some heat over her new ‘7 Rings’ track.

After throwing Drake, Kanye West, Tyga and more under the bus in his recent interview with The Breakfast Club, Soulja Boy is now going after Ariana Grande and accusing her of being a ‘crook.’  According to Complex, “The accusation seems to stem from Grande’s newly released single ‘7 Rings,’ which has been compared to Soulja’s 2010 hit ‘Pretty Boy Swag.'”

(Keep in mind – Soulja Boy is also the SAME person who claimed he taught Drake everything he knows and how he paved the way for rap artists of today)

And apparently … fans also took notice of this comparison.  See below.

Soulja Boy then posted a back-to-back of the two tracks on Instagram after an ABC news anchor noticed the familiarity in the chorus.

Ariana then took to Twitter where she thanked her friends for ‘7 Rings’ – she tweeted, “I wouldn’t have made this celebratory bop or feel ‘okay’ these days without my brilliant, gentle and funny friends who get me drunk, write songs with me and help me heal.  I am tremendously grateful for you.”  Soulja Boy then responded, “Give me my credit.  Period.”

Clearly Ariana caught wind of Soulja’s drama so she tweeted, “Shift your attention here.  These women are impeccable and they are who you should be taking about.”  In comes Soulja, “LOL stop stealing my swag.  World.”

Followed by, “You’re a thief.”

Believe me, Soulja Boy isn’t the ONLY rapper going after Ariana.  Rapper Princess Nokia has also accused Ari of stealing some sounds.  Princess Nokia says that Ari’s ‘7 Rings’ sounds very similar to her 2016 tracked called ‘Mine’ which according to Vulture, “It’s a song ode to women of colour and their unlimitable universe of hair.”  Nokia says, “Does that sound familiar to you? ‘Cause that sounds really familiar to me.  Ain’t that the little song I made about brown women and their hair? Hmm, sounds about white.”

And lastly, good ol’ 2 Chainz! Apparently, the chorus to ‘7 Rings’ has a ‘resemblance’ to 2 Chainz’s song called ‘Spend It’ which was released in 2011.  Fans also accused the music video of ‘7 Rings’ to look very similar to 2 Chainz’s ‘Pink Trap House’ in 2017.

If you ask me, I think it’s all about those free dollar signs but, who am I?
