BTS have officially dropped their new album, Map of the Soul: Persona.

It features their first album single with Halsey, Boy With Luv and it features a track that Ed Sheeran helped write – the record is called ‘Make It Right.’

According to an album press release, it states, “Map of the Soul: Persona us a nod to the band’s past while showcasing their maturity and new found understanding of love and the ever-widening world around them.”

Ed Sheeran posted on Instagram, “This is the first K pop song I’ve had the honour or helping write.  Check out the rest of the project too.  Well done BTS.”

Regarding their new album, the band says, “We find strength and happiness in every moment. You’ve given us so much love, and now we want to get to know our fans more. We filled our album with our genuine feelings and the messages that we want to share with you.”

Since dropping their new album and single, BTS was featured as the musical guest on SNL this weekend, making them the first Korean act to perform on the SNL stage and it was announced by Billboard BTS and Halsey will perform ‘Boy With Luv’ at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards.
