Taylor Swift Will Receive the 'Artist of the Decade Honour' At This Year's AMAs!

She will receive the ‘Artist of the Decade Honour’ at this year’s American Music Awards, she has won the MOST AMAs this decade, more than any other artist, she’s nominated for five awards AND she’ll also be performing some of her career’s biggest hits live on the AMA stage – I’m talking about Taylor Swift!

As previously mentioned, Taylor has been nominated for five awards this year including, ‘Artist of the Year,’  ‘Fav. Female Artist – Pop/Rock,’ ‘Fav. Music Video,’ ‘Fav. Album – Pop/Rock’ and ‘Fav. Artist – Adult Contemporary.’  As Billboard notes, “Swift currently has the most AMA wins of any female artist ever with 23 awards. She might surpass Michael Jackson‘s record for most AMAs of all time if she wins two of the five categories she’s nominated in.”

It was in August Taylor dropped her seventh studio album, Lover, “This album is very much a celebration of love, in all its complexity, coziness, and chaos. It’s the first album of mine that I’ve ever owned, and I couldn’t be more proud. I’m so excited that #Lover is out NOW,” Taylor tweeted.
