Dua Lipa is channeling her inner Fran Drescher (The Nanny, 1993-1999) in a colourful ’90s style sitcom for Vogue!

According to Vogue’s website, it states:

“So for our newest fall 2020 collections video—directed by Bardia Zeinali and styled by Jorden Bickham—we wanted to show just how infatuated with her style we really are. The setting is that of a quintessential ’90s sitcom, telling the story of a day in the life of a very fashion-forward singer. Think big house, floral couch, and a very attentive butler. We also see Lipa try on the cream of the crop from New York Fashion Week’s hottest labels—in the mix is some deliciously flamboyant Marc Jacobs, a little glittery Tom Ford, and a sharp, downtown-ready piece by Eckhaus Latta. But the biggest issue for the girl who has it all? What to wear for dinner. Stars, they’re just like us.”

Dua, whose new album, Future Nostalgia, drops on April 3, told Rolling Stone, “What I wanted to do with this album was to break out of my comfort zone and challenge myself to make music that felt like it could sit alongside some of my favourite classic pop songs, whilst still feeling fresh and uniquely mine.  I was inspired by so many artists on the new record from Gwen Stefani to Madonna to Moloko to Blondie and Outkast, to name just a few.”
