We live in a Country that offers strong diverse cultures, which breeds creative and innovative artisans – many of which are Indigenous based!

Whether you’re looking for something delicious to eat or for a new wardrobe, here is a list of businesses that feature unique and distinctive items you can’t find anywhere else.

Pow Wow Cafe

This Kensington Market restaurant has an interesting spin on tacos, which features Indigenous flavours in every bite.  The restaurant is in a small space, with an open kitchen so you can see directly how the magic happens, and a tiny patio that gives a home like feel. They are known for their uncommon flavours in their tacos, beef chili, and surprisingly jerk chicken!

Cheekbone’s aim is to not only make a difference in the lives of Indigenous youth through our donations addressing the educational funding gap.
