Take a look at this tortoise who got a second chance at life. #CRYING

We ALL want a new set of wheels..

But not as much as this 90-year-old tortoise named Mrs. T. Her life was nearing an end after a rat gnawed off her front legs while she was hibernating in a garden shed, so of course, she had no way of getting around.

After $1500 in medical bills, owner Jude Ryder was afraid she was going to have to put the tortoise down. But then her son, a mechanical engineer, stepped in.

“She took to them straight away, but she has had to learn how to turn and stop. She can get a good speed up, much faster than before. Mrs. T is still quite young for a tortoise. She could go on for another 50 years – all she needs is a new set of tires every now and again.”
