So far Hurricane Harvey has dumped 30 inches of rain on Houston, Texas, and has left it devastated!

People are in desperate need of rescue, a place to stay, homes are ruined, lives have been lost.

 

 

Kevin Hart is challenging other celebs to donate $25,000 to the Red Cross to help out in the area affected by Harvey.
