When you attend an event as big as the Super Bowl, do you leave your house thinking you’re going to be the next BIG thing on social media?

13-year old Ryan McKenna aka #SelfieKid sure didn’t.

After taking what the Internet is calling ‘the iconic selfie’ with Justin Timberlake, Ryan is getting a second chance to meet Justin while on tour.

Ryan recently visited The Ellen Show, wearing a Patriots jersey and talked to Ellen about the moment he went from Ryan to an instant meme, “I got myself there, I pushed through. I was elbowing people but I got there. I was there with him.”

Ryan also confirmed that afterwards, he saw all of the memes that were made about him and Justin.

Thanks to Ellen, Ryan was able to officially meet Justin via phone call.  Justin says, “It’s nice to meet you, finally.  I knew that I wanted to end the performance with ‘Can’t Stop The Feeling’ cause I knew how people respond to that song,” and the expression on Ryan’s face at this point … PRICELESS!

Justin also invited Ryan and his family to watch him perform on the Man Of The Woods tour when he brings his show to Massachusetts and he tells Ryan, “I look forward to our second selfie together.”  Ellen also hooked Ryan up with an NFL prize pack.
