Back when I was going to school one of the big music debates among my friends was: Backstreet Boys or *NSYNC?

Now, I was always a Backstreet Boys fans (although big shout out to Justin Timberlake and those guys because they put out some bangers)

But the Backstreet Boys have too many classic songs that used to tug at my hear strings such as, ‘Quit Playing Games with My Heart’, ‘As Long As You Love Me’ and ‘I Want It That Way’.

Despite hundreds of millions albums sold and adoring fans worldwide, even the Backstreet Boys have regrets sometimes and they were recently asked if they have a song they absolutely regret recording and the answer was unanimous: ““If You Want It to Be Good Girl (Get Yourself a Bad Boy),” which was on their self-titled debut album back in 1996.

The guys revealed that they hated the song in a new DNAuary series on YouTube.

AJ McLean said of the song, “That song should’ve never been recorded. It is the biggest piece of crap.”

Kevin said the song is “horrible” and Brian said, “You know why the fans love that song, because Nick is singing the whole dang thing.”

Roz and Mocha gave their thoughts on the song as well…
