March 5, 1977 Barbra Streisand topped the chart with ‘Evergreen’ from the 1976 version of A Star Is Born.

Exactly 42 years apart both songs are at #1.

To further the coincidence, both songs won an Oscar, a Grammy and a Golden Globe. To make it even weirder; It was 4 weeks before Barbra Streisand’s birthday when she topped the chart with ‘Evergreen’. Lady Gaga topped the chart with ‘Shallow’ only 3 weeks away from her birthday.
