Pete Davidson was on Saturday Night Live’s “Weekend Update” again this past weekend. He sat down with Colin Jost to address the criticism he’s received since announcing he’s dating Kate Beckinsale. Some people  have been saying that Pete is way too young for her.

Kate Beckinsale is 45 years old and Pete Davidson is only 25 years old.  According to what he said on SNL this week, they both are more than comfortable with the gap.

“It doesn’t really bother us, but then again I’m new at this.”

 

Is what he said before listing off the many other celebrities who have dated out of their own age group.

“So if you have questions about a relationship with a big age difference just ask Leonardo DiCaprio, Jason Statham, Michael Douglas, Richard Gere, Jeff Goldblum, Scott Disick, Dane Cook, Derek Jeter, Bruce Willis, Harrison Ford, Tommy Lee, Alec Baldwin, Sean Penn and whoever the president of France is, Mel Gibson, Billy Joel, Mick Jagger, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Kelsey Grammer, Larry King, Larry King, Larry King, Rod Stewart and Donald Trump.”

 

Well he made his point very clear, it’s true, age is just a number. ESPECIALLY in Hollywood!
