While attending this year’s CMA Awards, Pink revealed she’s taking a break from music.  Reason behind her decision – she wants to spend more time with her family.

Pink told Entertainment Tonight, “Yeah, we did 2 1/2 years of [music], and Willow is back in school now, and Jameson’s gonna start preschool soon, so it’s kind of the year of the family.”  Pink also explained she wants to let his husband, Carey, focus on his own career in 2020, “Carey has a lot going on as well.  He is super supportive. He follows me around the world, and now it’s his turn.”

Pink continues, “He deserves a trophy [for being with me this long]! We used to make a big deal out of it, now we’re just lucky to be together.  Isn’t marriage fun? Yeah, we fight for each other… There’s been so many [life-changing moments], I don’t even know.”

 

At this point, it’s hard to say when Pink will return but, she’s had a pretty busy 2019 – she dropped her eighth studio album Hurts 2B Human, she’s been touring nonstop and earlier this year, she received a start on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  This break is well needed!
