On Monday, a public memorial service was held inside L.A.’s Staple Centre where, twenty thousand people gathered to celebrate the lives of Kobe and Gigi.

According to CNN, “NBA legend Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, were buried Friday at a Southern California cemetery following their deaths.  Their resting place is Pacific View Memorial Park in Corona Del Mar, California, the documents state. The cemetery is about two miles from the Pacific Ocean and less than a 10-minute drive from the family’s church, Our Lady Queen of Angels, in Newport Beach.”

Michael Jordan had everyone in tears, reminiscing about Kobe and sharing details about their last phone conversation.

 

 

 

Friend and team member Shaquille O’Neal spoke about his relationship with Kobe and their time together.
