Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello's 'Senorita' Officially Reached One Billion Views on YouTube!

‘Senorita’ may have been last year’s song of the summer but the music video, which is a still a fan favourite and the beginning to Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello’s romance, has now reached one billion views on YouTube!

Talking to E! News for Elle’s Women in Music event during Fashion Week, Camila revealed both their collaboration (and romance) was years in the making, “We went back and forth for eight months, deciding whether or not we were going to do the song together.”

So what sparked their romance? Well the collaboration, of course, “I love him with all my heart and always have.  We’ve known each other for a really long time … we’ve always been there for each other.  I think we drifted because we weren’t hanging out as much.  It was fun to be able to reconnect and hang out again.”

And when it comes to the billion views club, Shawn is no stranger – both video’s for ‘Treat You Better’ and ‘Stitches’ previously reached the one billion mark.
