Watch a Reporter Reluctantly Save a Man From Drowning

From the sounds of it, KTRK Houston’s news reporter Steve Campion didn’t want to save a man from drowning when he went into work today. But when a man drove his car into a giant pool of water right in front of him Steve didn’t have a choice.

Steve goes through his thought process out loud, “Oh my God. What, what do we do? I don’t wanna… ugh…” That’s the same reaction I have when I’m deciding whether or not I want to eat that sixth slice of pizza. And just like me, Steve eventually gives in to the “ugh” and just goes for it. After yelling at the driver to “SWIM” over and over and over, Steve eventually walks over and actually helps him.
