This Richmond resident claimed she passed away because of the 2016 Election Candidates

Richmond Times Dispatch reported about a Richmond, Virginia resident Mary Anne Noland passing away at the age of 68 on Sunday, leaving behind a lineage of family as well as an obituary claiming that she passed away with being ‘faced with the prospect of voting for either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton.’

However, WTVM claims that Mary Anne Noland added this to her obituary as a joke for her family to remember her spirit and her sense of humour.

This is not the only viral presidential election obituary to circle the web; UPROXX  posted about Larry Darrell an 81-year-old North Carolina resident who passed away last year. In his obituary it read as follows: “Also, the family respectfully asks that you do not vote for Hillary Clinton in 2016.”

Both Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump have yet to comment on this news.
