We’ve just stumbled upon the best competition ever; The Space Out Competition!

Vice has found a competition in South Korea, “that involves participants sitting down and doing absolutely nothing.”

This competition was created by WoopsYang, a South Korean visual artist. Mashable reports him saying that he created this competition because he “was suffering from burnout syndrome at the time, but would feel extremely anxious if I was sitting around doing nothing, not being productive in one way or another”

“I thought to myself: ‘We would all feel better about doing nothing if we did nothing together as a group.'”

This years competition about 70 people showed up! The rules are simple, no phones, no talking, no checking your watches and no dozing off. Anyone who breaks these rules are disqualified by the panel of judges.

So basically in order to win you have to reach a complete ‘state of chill.’
