Tennessee is on High Alert for Scary Clowns

The Tennessee Department of Safety and the Tennessee Highway Patrol had to issue a warning over the weekend because there has been high number of scary clowns sightings in the area.

Evil clowns have been popping up in South Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee in the past few weeks. Most of the clowns have been hiding in forests or parks and scaring young children. As ABC 13 writes, “A teenager in Coffee County, Tennessee claimed to be attacked by a clown in recent days while other children reported clowns trying to lure them into the woods across the southern United States. At a local shop in Lebanon, clown costumes remain a best seller for this year’s Halloween season.”
