Last night’s episode of Saturday Night Live is sure to be one of the most memorable episodes of 2016, and it’s all because of guest host Dave Chappelle.

The show started off on a powerful note as ‘Hillary Clinton’ (played by cast member Kate McKinnon) performed a moving tribute to the late Leonard Cohen (who passed away this week), by singing his hit song, ‘Halleujah’.

The performance was also meant as a way for ‘Hillary Clinton’ to ‘mourn’ her loss in the U.S. Presidential race, which Donald Trump won on Tuesday.

You can check out her opening performance below.

Dave Chappelle then took the stage and he left quite the impression.

In his opening monologue, Dave talked about the US election, the #BlackLivesMatter movement, and had a poignant message for America at the end of the monologue, saying “I’m wishing Donald Trump luck, and I’m going to give him a chance. And we, the historically disenfranchised, demand that he give us one too.”

Check out his full monologue below.

The highlight of the night (at least for me), was when Dave resurrected some of his old characters from his sketch comedy show, The Chappelle Show, in a Walking Dead-inspired scene. Get your full laughs in the video below!
